have a olive skin tone and it works nice on evening some dark/tan spots. The product feels more like a foundation if anything; you can feel and see it on your skin especially on the cracks of your hands. It makes me wonder if they added a bit to it for the "whitening effect." It also comes off easily and gets on darker clothing, I'd advice not wearing and/or only applying only a little of the sun screen. The application is a bit patchy so applying is as directed (in circular motions) is highly advised. It is scented and the aroma is nice. Since I've only just received it, I don't know if the permanent whitening effect is valid or not. Or how it is in the sun (I'll update it later if I have any results). Overall it's decent, a 50 spf is great for the price. I'm a bit iffy on the recombed
